This page outlines HKSKINCART's local delivery arrangements for Hong Kong / Macau, as well as estimated dispatch timeframes for "In Stock / Pre-Order" items. Actual delivery times may vary due to flights, weather, public holidays, or logistics arrangements.

0. Definition of "Business Days"

All dispatch timeframes on this store (e.g. "7–10 Business Days") are governed by the definition in this section:

"Business Days" follow the Hong Kong Public Holiday calendar (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
The three major Japanese holiday periods are also excluded: New Year, Golden Week, and Obon.
How "7–10 Business Days" is counted: starting from the day after your order is placed, up to and including the day we hand over your parcel to SF Express for delivery; SF Express delivery time is not included in this count.

Three Major Japanese Holidays (Excluded from Business Days)

New Year Holiday: 28 December – 7 January
Golden Week: 29 April – 6 May
Obon: 11 August – 18 August

1. Dispatch Timeframes (In Stock / Pre-Order)

In Stock: Generally dispatched on the next business day (delayed if falling on a weekend or public holiday).
Pre-Order: Generally dispatched within approximately 7–10 business days (subject to air freight arrangements from Japan to Hong Kong; we arrange weekly air shipments from Japan).
Once items are on board, delivery is subject to arrival and distribution processes in Hong Kong. Dispatch may be delayed due to flight schedules, customs clearance, or holidays — we appreciate your understanding. Customers who need items urgently are advised to purchase In Stock items where possible.

2. Orders Containing Both "In Stock + Pre-Order" Items (Split Shipment)

Default: All items will be shipped together once everything is available.
Split Shipment: You may opt for a split shipment at the time of placing your order (if you wish to receive items separately).
Orders of 6 or more items: In Stock items can be shipped first free of charge, with Pre-Order items shipped free of charge upon arrival — a total of two free shipments.
Orders of fewer than 6 items requiring a split shipment: The first SF Express delivery is free; the second SF Express delivery is payable upon receipt (freight collect).

3. Hong Kong / Macau Shipping Fees (SF Express)

Flat-rate shipping: HK$25 per order (regardless of weight).
Free SF Express shipping (Hong Kong / Macau): Purchase 3 or more items to enjoy one free SF Express delivery.

4. Delivery Methods & Estimated Arrival Times (SF Express)

SF Express Service Point Self-Collection: Usually delivered within 1 business day.
Home / Business Address Delivery (Residential / Commercial / Village Houses / Remote Areas): Residential / Commercial addresses usually within 1 business day; remote areas may require up to 2 business days.
Smart Locker / OK or 7-Eleven Convenience Store Pickup: As fast as 1 business day; if the locker is full, collection may be delayed by a few days.

5. Hongkong Post

Post Office Counter / Post Office Smart Locker Self-Collection (Free): Approximately 2–4 business days; trackable but not equivalent to registered mail — no compensation in the event of loss.

6. Address & Delivery Notes

Please ensure the recipient's name, phone number, and address are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in failed delivery and could incur additional arrangement fees.
All "business day" counts and timeframe descriptions are subject to the definition set out in Section 0 of this page.
