All members earn 1% back on every completed order (calculated per full hundred), valid for 180 days — select “Use store credit” at checkout to apply.

Membership lasts 12 months. On expiry the system re-assesses your spending over the most recent 12 months: meet the threshold and your tier renews (with another points gift); fall short and you move to the tier you qualify for.

◆1% back on every completed order (amounts under HK$100 are not counted), valid 180 days — select “Use store credit” at checkout to apply.

◆New-member sign-up gift of HK$8 (valid 30 days).

◆Write a product review to earn HK$10 per order (valid 180 days; see the campaign page for details).

◆Birthday-month gift: issued by tier from Gold and above (see table above), valid 30 days.

◆About 2 days before expiry, the system sends an email reminder.

◆Cash value: 500 points = HK$1 store credit, redeemable anytime in your Member Area.

◆Free shipping: redeem 4,000 points for one free-shipping voucher; select the matching delivery method at checkout.

◆Gifts: selected gifts are listed for points redemption, in limited quantities while stocks last.

◆How they add up: HK$1 per order × your tier multiplier; upgrades and renewals come with a one-off points gift.

Please note

Membership tier, store credit and points are calculated and issued as actually computed and displayed by the system.
If an order is cancelled or returned, the related rewards and membership tier are automatically recalculated.
Store credit and points have expiry dates and generally cannot be reissued once expired.
Rewards are issued once an order’s status updates to “Completed” (usually about 1 day after delivery is confirmed).
