We offer international shipping services. Customers can pay via international credit cards or electronic payment methods such as Apple Pay on our website.

Shipping Method 運送方法

All orders are shipped via trackable AirMail (Post Office), and every customer will receive a tracking number to monitor their package. We generally offer two airmail options (except for certain regions): Fastest and Standard.

We ship all the products by AirMail (Post Office) with a tracking number. Customers can trace their package. We provide two mailing options: Fastest / Standard AirMail. Some regions are restricted to one option only.

If the item is in stock at our warehouse, we will dispatch your order by the next business day after payment is received. For pre-order items, it takes approximately 7–10 working days for the products to arrive in Hong Kong, after which we will ship them out and notify you with a tracking number.

If there are stocks in our warehouse, we will send out the products you order the next day after the payment. If there are no stocks (as stated in the product page), it takes about 7-10 working days for the products to arrive in Hong Kong. We will ship them the next day after their arrival.

We will inform you and provide a tracking number once the products are shipped.

Just like our Hong Kong customers, Macau customers who purchase 3 or more items enjoy free SF Express delivery to any Macau address (including SF Express service points or home delivery). Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 working days.

Customers may also choose SF Express cash-on-delivery (shipping fee paid upon collection). Estimated fees are as follows (MOP): under 1 kg: $40; under 1.5 kg: $47; under 2 kg: $53.
