Delivery Process

Pre-order items are shipped to Hong Kong by air freight, so delivery timelines are generally stable with minimal major delays. Any delays that do occur are likely due to factors affecting flights from Japan to Hong Kong that are beyond our control.
Once items are on the plane, we can only wait for them to arrive and be dispatched — there is no way for us to expedite the process. If you need a product urgently, we recommend purchasing an in-stock item instead.
Shipping Fees
SF Express local Hong Kong shipping starts at $30 for the first kilogram, with an additional $7 per 500g. We do not charge by weight — a flat shipping fee of $25 applies per order.
Customers in Hong Kong and Macau enjoy one free SF Express delivery when purchasing 3 or more items.
Split Orders
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together by default once all items have arrived.
You may request a split shipment in the "Order Notes" field at checkout.
If your order contains 6 or more items, in-stock items can be shipped first at no extra charge, with pre-order items shipped separately upon arrival — giving you a total of two free deliveries.
For orders with fewer than 6 items, the first SF Express delivery is free; the second delivery will be cash on delivery (C.O.D.).

Most locations operate 24 hours; delivery typically within 1 business day. If the locker or store is full, there may be a wait of a few days

Hongkong Post
Post Office Counter / Smart Locker Self-Pickup (Free)
Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days. Trackable, but this is not equivalent to registered mail — no compensation is provided in the event of loss.

Registered Mail (+$16)
Trackable and requires a signature upon receipt. Maximum compensation of $320. Usually delivered within 2–4 business days.
